Matrix Charging® – The Interface for Automated Charging

As vehicles evolve into fully automated and connected systems, charging must advance accordingly. Matrix Charging®, developed by the Austrian tech company Easelink, provides an automated interface that connects electric vehicles to the grid without user intervention. It enables driverless vehicle operation and enhances vehicle-grid integration. Scaling the technology across brands and markets requires that all products are fully compatible and interoperable.

Our Mission

The Matrix Charging Interest Group unites leading stakeholders from the automotive, supplier, and energy industries, dedicated to ensuring cross-brand interoperability of automated conductive charging. The mission is to advance Matrix Charging® as the industry standard and accelerate its adoption enabling a seamless charging experience for all users.
